TAIWAN steel giant China Steel Corp will team up with steel firm Kuei Hung Industrial for a NT$58.5 billion (about HK$16.55 billion) joint-venture steel mill. Officials said China Steel and Kuei Hung had signed a letter of intent on the venture, which will have a capacity of 3.25 million tonnes a year.
