LI Ka-shing appears to be in celebratory mood now that he's a record breaker.
Having managed to sell at least one apartment a day for 100 consecutive days at Cheung Kong's Kingswood Villa development, he said earlier this week he was planning to apply for an entry in the Guinness Book of Records.
To mark the event - and hopefully to stretch the record further - he is offering a 0.5 per cent mortgage discount to new buyers who sign up between now and Sunday.
As an added incentive, potential buyers who visit the development in Tin Shui Wai between September 15 and September 24 will be offered a free helicopter ride.
