SHANGHAI Ryoden Property Development is selling the Baoshan resettlement housing development in Shanghai to Hongkou City Construction and Development General for 47.3 million yuan (about HK$43.99 million).

  The development has a gross floor area of 215,000 square feet in Baoshan, Shanghai.

  Shanghai Ryoden was the first foreign-owned subsidiary allowed to undertake residential and commercial projects for domestic buyers in Shanghai.
