SCHOOL has never been this much fun. Tips, secrets and samplings are reasons enough to head back to the classroom. But these classes, sponsored by Epicure magazine, are fun, informal and don't require a passing grade.
The annual culinary master classes are taught by the pros in their kitchens - chefs Barry Schneider (JW's California), David Abella (Felix, the Peninsula), Marcus Moore (Sabatini), Mango Tsang and So Kam-chuen (Island Restaurant in the Furama) and Christof Syre (Yu in the Regent).
The sessions start today and run to Saturday. Spaces are available. For schedule, fees and registration, call Epicure at 2810 6078.

MORE is better, according to the folks at Bentley's Oyster Bar in Prince's Building. September bids the arrival of Colchester oysters, and the brigade at Bentley's are bragging about the 30 different ways they will serve them.
