AN illegal immigrant found in possession of a $50,000 watch stolen from a flat next door to Chief Secretary Anson Chan Fang On-sang's Peak residence was jailed by the District Court yesterday. Seaman Chan Man-yee, 26, was sentenced to a total of four years by Deputy Judge Barnes for burglary, handling stolen goods and remaining in the territory illegally.
