THE Government has revised the land sales programme for this financial year.
It has added one residential site and merged two plots into one. The auction dates for several sites were also changed.
The new residential site is a 72,118-square-foot plot at Town Park Road in Yuen Long, which will go under the hammer next March 18.
Two commercial-residential sites of about 80,000 sq ft each in the Hunghom Bay reclamation area will now be sold as one, also on March 18.
A 164,689-sq ft residential site in Tai Po and a 708,27-sq ft industrial site in Kwai Chung, whose sale on August 31 was postponed because of a typhoon, will be up for sale on Tuesday.
Principal government land agent Mo Chan-ming said land use of some of the sites on auction needed to be approved by the Town Planning Board.
