CHEUK Nang Properties (Holdings) said net profit fell 15.7 per cent to $54.16 million for the year to June 30. Earnings per share, when adjusted for the one-for-10 bonus issue of November 1994, were 26 cents down from 31 cents.

The adjusted final dividend was three cents, which brought the total adjusted dividend to four cents.
