Siu-Fung note

SIU-FUNG Ceramics Holdings has entered conditional agreements to issue a total of US$30 million in convertible notes to raise additional permanent financing.

Compositions will subscribe in cash for notes of a principal amount of $15 million, Search Private Equity will subscribe for $10 million, and Chemical Asian Equity Associates will subscribe for $5 million.
