MAYBE it's coincidence but Michael Constantinou, visiting hairdresser to the world's rich and famous, commented to the Post last week that Terri Holladay (yes, she used to be Terri Chao) had perfect hair that would be a dream to work on; shock, shock, he was the man with the brush and blowdryer working on Terri's tresses a few days later. Like we said, maybe it's coincidence.
