TAI Ping Carpets International has sold two properties to independent third parties for a net book value of $37.34 million. It said yesterday a unit on the 32nd floor of Bank of America Tower and a car-parking space were sold for $26.64 million on Monday. On September 13, a property on the 25th floor at Oak Mansion in Taikoo Shing fetched $7.38 million. The company said profits from the sales would be used to reduce debt.
