Wisdom of media veterans

THERE are still vacancies in this year's Modern Journalism course at the University of Hong Kong's School of Professional and Continuing Education. The course, in English, consists of 10 two-hour sessions on Tuesday mornings starting on October 24.

Run by veteran foreign correspondents Clare Hollingworth and Vergil Berger, it includes discussions with guest speakers on specialist areas such as television news production and a visit to a newspaper or news agency editorial department.
