ROBERT Fleming & Co plans to issue 210 million call warrants on existing ordinary HK$1 shares in New World Development.

  Robert Fleming and Jardine Fleming will place the warrants, which have an issue price of HK$0.771.

  Every 10 warrants will give the holder the right to buy one New World Development share at HK$28.80 a share, Robert Fleming said.

  It said the exercise period was expected to run from November 17 until April 18.
