Well, you can do just that if you take time out to play Mixed-up Mother Goose Deluxe. This game is classified as an interactive, multimedia and animated story book adventure which introduces children between three and six years old to the world of computers while helping them develop their logic, memory and organisational skills. In the game, players help Mother Goose complete her mixed-up rhymes by seeking out the 18 missing characters and objects and bringing them back to their rightful owners. After you have returned a missing piece to the correct rhyme, use the mouse to click on the 'Mouth' icon, and the rhyme will suddenly come to life. If you have managed to complete a rhyme, you can listen to the song again by clicking on the map and then the place where that rhyme exists. In case you want to temporarily quit the game, but don't want to start from the very beginning again, you can click on the red 'Stop' button which allows you to save your game where you finished off. Mixed-up Mother Goose Deluxe not only offers children another channel of entertainment besides television, but also provides a platform to help boost their problem-solving techniques.
