THREE movie-makers have been charged with using explosives without a licence while filming an action picture. Assistant production manager Wong Pan, 28, foreman Ho Shu-wing, 42, and writer Tang King-sang, 49, allegedly used an improvised explosive device without a licence at Shing Mun River, Tsuen Wan, on September 16. The three pleaded not guilty in Eastern Court yesterday. Magistrate Garry Tallentire fixed the hearing for March 8 next year. All three men were granted bail.
