SCMP Reporter

SHUN Shing Holdings has been awarded a $142 million contract to build the Far East Exchange Building in Wyndham Street, Central.

  Work on the 29-storey office block is due to begin this month, with completion set for early 1997.

  The site will be redeveloped into a Grade A office building with a total floor area of more than 957,900 square feet.
