PETER McNeeley, who landed in the spotlight briefly last August when he lost to Mike Tyson, has found his way back into the news. Again, it has to do with a fight.

Early on Sunday, he was arrested on a felony assault charge. The 27-year-old McNeeley has been accused of hitting 28-year-old Aldo Hernandez of Revere, Massachusetts, in the forehead with a beer bottle during a dispute at the Roxy nightclub, said police spokesman Brendan Flynn.

'He was in the VIP box and just started with a young patron who is a regular and who is a VIP,' Roxy nightclub spokeswoman Lauren Birmingham said.
