HONG KONG boats took the top three line honours in yesterday's third race in OOCL Etchells IVth Asia Pacific yachting championships.

Warwick Downes' HKG36 finished first followed by John Brinkers' HKG37 and Mark Thornburrow's HKG43.

 The overall lead in the series is held by American Gary Gilbert in USA959. Downes and Brinkers are tied for third place overall.
