Chinese General Chamber of Commerce HK chairman Tsang Hin-chi (left) and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce adviser Huang Liangchen sign a long-term co-operation agreement to strengthen economic development in Hong Kong and the mainland. The agreement calls for more regular contacts between the two associations in areas such as information exchange, organisation of seminars and business delegations as well as setting up of liaison offices in China. The first is expected to be open and operating by January next year.
