DANCEAHOLICS are in for a treat next week when British pop newcomer Nicki French comes to town. French scored a recent international top 10 hit with a dance cover of Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart and is in the region to promote her new album Secrets. She hits the stage at the Lost City nightclub in Tsim Sha Tsui East on Thursday, about 9pm. Tonight: Local rock heroes Crash continue a string of shows in the Jazz Club with their hot new set of originals, from 9.30pm. Get your tomatoes ready; a new band called The Dealers make their debut in the Wanch. See how they go from 10pm. The Bastards bring their raucous show to the Fringe Club to showcase songs from their new album to be released in the coming months. Be there at 10pm. Tomorrow: Yet another new act debuts in the Wanch. Moose Caboose bring their act with a North American twinge to the stage from 10pm. Herbie will be playing acoustically before them at 7pm. Elements, with DJ Mickey Smith and DJ Teng Boon fuses soul, Latin, house and other rare grooves at Judgement AD, from 10pm. The Warehouse Project features young-blooded rock from Rattlers and 923 along with a few special guests for a wild alcohol-free night in the old Aberdeen Police Station. Be there at around 8.30pm. Tuesday: Internationally renowned pianist Dan Siegal commences a run of gigs in the Jazz Club, showcasing his unique instrumental sound. The ball starts rolling at 9.30pm. Wednesday: A special-guest only jam session in the Wanch as long-time local guitar guru Dave Campbell celebrates his Saturday marriage. It promises to be a wild night from 9pm.
