Linkful in placement

LINKFUL International Holdings yesterday placed about 19 million shares, representing 2.95 per cent of the total shares capital to an independent third party at 62 cents per share, directors said.

The placement was conducted by Silver Century Investments which, with parent company Time Express Holdings and associated company Sky Win Investments owed 77.95 per cent of Linkful before the placement.
