SINO Land Co will sell 20 flats at Sea Crest Terrace at Mui Wo on Lantau Island today. The units at Block 2, measuring 296 to 816 sq ft, are being offered at an average of $3,500 a square foot.
The project comprises 45 flats, from studio units to three-bedroom flats.
Sino Land is offering 20 per cent top-up mortgage, which need not be repaid in the first two years. Buyers who take up this option will have to pay 6.5 per cent more for the flat.
Henderson Land Development said yesterday 186 people had registered to buy 128 flats offered at Flora Plaza in Fanling tomorrow.
Estate agents said the company might release more units for sale if the response was good. The price of the 128 flats is about $3,107 a square foot.
There will also be a sale today of 64 units at Lynwood Court, in the fifth phase development of Kingswood Villas in Tin Shui Wai. Cheung Kong said it would release more units because about 350 people had registered.
