BUENOS AIRES: Britain's Foreign Secretary, Mr Douglas Hurd, the highest-ranking British official to visit Argentina in 27 years, arrived for an official, three-day visit to discuss bilateral relations, resumed in 1990 after an eight-year hiatus caused by the Falklands War.
