EMPEROR International Holdings is expected to launch a new batch of units in its luxury Emperor Height residential project for sale early next month. The company still owns 26 units of the Cox's Road, Tsim Sha Tsui project. Estate agents expected the selling price to be in the region of $7,500 to $10,000 per square foot. Emperor Height units were first put on sale in May at an average of $9,272 per square foot. Sino Land has put the second batch of 25 units at its Sea Crest Terrace in Mui Wo, Lantau Island, for sale. The first 20 units of the project were sold last weekend at an average price of $2,851 per square foot. The units measure 296 sq ft to 816 sq ft. The developer is offering a 20 per cent top-up mortgage to buyers, with a 6.5 per cent premium.
