SHUI Hing chief Mr Daniel Koo should be ashamed of himself that he is willing to sacrifice democracy in favour of his short-term business interests (South China Morning Post, December 3).

  Let's hope the rest of Hongkong understands that democracy cannot be traded. I hope the solidarity of the Hongkong people shown after the Tiananmen massacre has not faded. Let's support the Governor for a democratic future.
