THE Government has appointed Lawrence Tse Kar-leung and Connie Tsui Suet-mui as lay members of the Insider Dealing Tribunal to hear the China Natural Petroleum Corp (Hong Kong) (CNPC) insider dealing case. The case involves certain dealings linked to CNPC (formerly Paragon Holdings) between March 3 and May 7, 1993. Mr Justice Yam, appointed chairman last month, leads the inquiry. Mr Tse, a securities and commodities dealer, has extensive experience in corporate finance, investment, manufacturing, retailing and China trade. Ms Tsui is a lawyer and is experienced in finance and property conveyance.
