POOR Mr Patten (Agenda, December 10), what stress he is under. How about the stress he helped cause back in the UK when his party brought in the poll tax? Not to mention the higher water bills thanks to privatisation. I can't wait till 1997. SHARON RUTH COLLIVER North Point
