TEN men have been arrested in a territory-wide joint operation by officers from the Organised Crime and Triad Bureau and the ICAC.

Three were arrested at China Hongkong City in Tsim Sha Tsui shortly before 11 pm.

They were taken to Tsim Sha Tsui police station before being escorted to the OCTB office in Causeway Bay.
