ALFRED Lam King-ko will step down as chairman of AWT World Transport Holdings after selling a second tranche of 27.73 million shares this week.

  He will be succeeded by David Leung Tze-hang, a property developer who was appointed a director recently. Mr Lam will remain managing director.
