A 12-YEAR-OLD girl was raped six times and indecently assaulted once by a young man over a three-day period, the High Court heard. On trial before Mr Justice Bewley is decorator Chan Chow-shing, 21, who denied the seven charges. Students Kwok Chun-hung, 14, and Lam Chi-fai, 18, who are each jointly charged with Chan on one count of rape, also pleaded not guilty. Senior Crown counsel Mr Graham Rhead said the girl started going to a video game centre in May 1991. She met a group of young men, including Chan and Kwok, on August 14, 1991, and after having tea, they went to a flat at Choi Hung estate, he said. After chatting for a while, counsel said, Chan asked all the others to leave the room and although the girl refused to have sex, saying she was only 12 years old, he raped her. The court heard that between August 14 and 17 she was allegedly raped six times by Chan, and Kwok and Lam each raped her once. A report was made to police after the girl returned home and was questioned by her mother, Mr Rhead said. The hearing continues.
