A PREGNANT woman was found hanged with both her wrists slashed in her Aberdeen home last night. The 26-year-old woman, who was due to give birth, was taken to Queen Mary Hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival. Doctors also found her baby to be dead. The woman's 28-year-old husband returned to his Ap Lei Chau Main Street flat shortly after 8 pm and found his wife hanging in the sitting room with both her wrists slashed. He told police his wife became depressed after she lost $300,000 gambling last month. Police said last night that initial investigations into the woman's death indicated no foul play, but inquiries were continuing.
