HONG KONG Air Cargo Terminals (HACTL) has invited United Parcel Service (UPS) and TNT Worldwide Express to take equity stakes in the Express Centre it is building at Chek Lap Kok.
'We have offered both companies to take 5 per cent each in a subsidiary HACTL Express Centre, which will run the express facility,' HACTL managing director Anthony Charter said.
DHL Worldwide Express will take a 5 per cent stake in the centre, expected to cost more than $400 million.

He said HACTL would retain a stake of at least 75 per cent in the centre.
