Subtitle plea

AS an English teacher in a secondary school, I always recommend some English television programmes to my students.

Another series of Shakespeare: The Animated Tales, is being shown at 4.40pm every Saturday on TVB Pearl. Regrettably, this new series has no Chinese subtitles.

Such animated cartoons are a good way to introduce children or young people to Shakespeare's great works. For primary and secondary students, especially those in lower forms, English programmes with Chinese subtitles are preferable.

I hope TVB will consider adding Chinese subtitles to this series.
