POLICE were investigating the death of 10-year-old Kwok Wai-lung who appeared to have hanged himself from his bunk bed with a leather belt at his North Point flat. 'He had neck injuries and a broken leather belt was found hanging from the upper bunk,' police said. Bully boysTWO brothers, aged 9 and 10, confessed to Macau police that they entered a schoolmate's flat after bullying him into giving them his keys so they could steal a TV set and a tape recorder.
