So much rubbish on estate

I LIVED for 11 years in the Jat Min Estate. I have now moved to Ma On Shan.

I am glad to have left, because the Jat Min Estate is a mess.

I didn't like living there, because there is so much rubbish around.

It has become a real refuse blackspot.

The estate itself, is also badly planned. There are some flats positioned close to the refuse collection points. They fill up and overflow with refuse at times, which is disgusting for those tenants who are in the flats next to the rubbish.

Although I no longer live there, I sympathise with those residents who cannot get out.
