Dog owners ruining park

I FEEL very angry about the filthy state of Lam Tin Park.

It is perfectly located for residents to exercise in the morning and for children to play in. Unfortunately, there are some people who are bringing dogs to the park. They let the animals relieve themselves there and then just leave the faeces. This selfish behaviour destroys the beauty of Lam Tin Park. It is very inconvenient for people who go there.

Many residents have complained, but nothing has been done. Surely, the relevant government department could do something.
