Confusing

I REFER to my letter on the Holocaust which appeared in these columns on January 31.

Due to a typographical error, an incorrect figure appeared in the letter which may have confused readers.

The paragraph, as it appeared read: 'A very efficient incinerator (oven) could probably burn about 500 bodies in about a four-hour cycle, so each camp would require about seven such 'ovens' each.' The figure should have been 50.
