Smoked out . . . a Customs and Excise officer inspects a huge haul of smuggled cigarettes discovered in a warehouse in Fo Tan yesterday. The anti-cigarette smuggling taskforce seized $78.5 million worth of cigarettes in a series of six raids beginning at the weekend - the third-largest cigarette seizure in the territory. They are still searching for four men believed to be behind the operation. The cigarettes are thought to have reached Hong Kong through South Korea after being labelled as car parts.
