Prices of Lynwood Court units up

CHEUNG Kong (Holdings) has increased the selling prices of Lynwood Court flats, in the fifth phase of Kingswood Villas in Tin Shui Wai, by 1.3 per cent.

The new prices, $2,328 per square foot, for units in block 7 of the project, was announced yesterday.

Buyers will have to pay an average $30 per square foot more for Lynwood Court units.

Cheung Kong said the new prices were about 10 per cent higher than the average of $2,115 per square foot for Kingswood Villas units sold in June last year.

Sales manager Joseph Lau Kai-man said sales of the project remained brisk despite a 10 per cent increase in prices since last June.

The group had sold more than 4,400 flats in Kingswood Villas in the past nine months, he said.
