HONG KONG companies will continue to push for flexible employee benefits, according to a National Mutual official. John Snelgrove told a seminar of executives there was support for expanding employee benefits. Katerin Tran Trung, of Buck Consultants, said surveys showed employees preferred to select their benefits from a menu of options.
