New director for Chun Wo

CIVIL engineering and construction group Chun Wo Holdings has appointed Sun Yin as a director.

Mr Sun is the executive director and financial controller of China Merchants Holdings and the vice-chairman of Union Bank of Hong Kong.

The company has begun four projects together worth about $650 million since November. They include two building contracts and one foundation contract.
