A PSYCHIATRIC patient plunged 10 floors to his death from a Happy Valley building yesterday. Ng Kwok-leung, 26, had been receiving treatment at Queen Mary Hospital's psychiatric department.

  He fell from a rooftop flat at 19 King Kwong Street at 8 am and was certified dead on arrival at Tang Shiu Kin Hospital.
