I WRITE to sound off an alarm bell to the Royal Hong Kong Police, the Immigration Department and the security staff at the Hong Kong Stadium.
The English football team are coming to Hong Kong and Beijing in May to play 'friendly' matches.
I am a responsible Hong Kong citizen and a soccer fan and I am very frightened about the consequences of these games and in particular the Hong Kong match. With cheap air fares from England easily available we will be facing a great danger from the English football hooligans.
They will travel anywhere to cause trouble.
They have gone as far as South America and to come to Hong Kong is likely to be well within their budgets.
I would like to call on the Hong Kong Government to stop this match now.
