IN yesterday's edition it was incorrectly reported that Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels announced a 27 per cent increase in 1995 net profit before exceptional items. This should have read before extraordinary items. The report also should have stated that the Peninsula Hotel's average room rate last year was $3,163 a night, not $2,163.
