Bredbury scored in the 10th and 25th minutes to give his side a 2-0 first-half lead but was then sent off in the 55th minute for his second bookable offence.

The former Frankwell player were first booked in the 51st minute after a clash with Sing Tao midfielder Chu Chi-kwong and he received his marching orders four minutes later for a reckless challenge on defender Chiu Chun-ming which merited his second yellow card.

Instant-Dict still dominated the match despite being reduced to 10 men with Paul Foster scoring his 14th and 15th goals of the season in an ill-tempered match which produced seven yellow cards - three for the Tigers and four for the Dickies.

Instant-Dict now have 14 points from seven games and a relieved club president Thomas Tam said: 'It doesn't matter how many goals we beat our opposition by - what we got was three points which is the main thing. We have to keep at it if we are going to win the second phase.' Tam added that they were unlikely to sign another foreign player to replace former English international midfielder Neil Webb.
