Rustling through an assortment of venues, models sported autumn and winter wear from top designers around the world. The work of students of fashion design schools also enjoyed a prominent place in the week of style.
As with any fashion event, outfits ranged from the coyly restrained to the downright bizarre.
Hats came in particularly eyebrow-raising styles - from conventional feathers and net to deer antlers and even strands of barbed wire wrapped round the head.
