FOUR men appeared in court yesterday after arrests for indecency in public toilets. Andrew Allison, 34, and dance instructor Yeung Chi-kuk, 43, and two others were arrested during police raids in Central. Western Court heard that on March 1, Allison, an American, and Yeung were found engaging in sexual activity in a lavatory in Shing Wong Street by undercover police. Both pleaded guilty to gross indecency in a public place and magistrate Ian Candy fined each $3,000. In another case, Cheng Yuk-bor, 68, and Kwan Pui-kay, 53, narrowly escaped criminal prosecution for indecency after the court took into account their age. Magistrate Jonathan Acton-Bond ordered the pair to keep the peace for 12 months in the sum of $1,000 each. The court was told police arrested them in a toilet cubicle in Wellington Street on November 27 last year. The men were caught performing an indecent act.
