TWO men aged 86 and 81 who spent the night huddled together in bushes on Pat Sin Leng range were found safe by police searchers yesterday. Dr Tai Hon-sum and Wai Siu-lun refused medical treatment after they were found thirsty, but in good spirits. They got lost on Wednesday night after spending a day in the country park, and made a decision to keep warm in the bushes rather than try to find their way back in the dark. Police, alerted by the men's wives on Wednesday night, began looking for them yesterday morning. Tai Po Assistant Divisional Commander, Chief Inspector Peter Law Hay-sing, said the missing men were found shortly afterwards making their way down the education trail, just 200 metres below the Hsien Ku Fung peak, the scene of last month's tragic hill fire. Mr Law said: 'We had a helicopter standing by as well as a platoon from the police tactical unit ready to join the search. 'When we set off looking for them we had no information about the route they had taken. But fortunately we were told by staff from the Agriculture and Fisheries Department Office that they had been seen setting out along the education trail.
