I AM a frequent listener to Metro Broadcast's 104 FM Select. Last March, I entered a quiz competition hosted by Angel Leung on her programme, Saturday Cookie. I won the quiz and was unbeaten for eight weeks. I won a couple of CDs for winning the first week.
The host promised that if I was unbeaten for four weeks, I would win an Energy boutique voucher for $1,500, and for every four weeks from then on, another $1,500 worth of vouchers.
As I was unbeaten for eight weeks, I ought to have received a total of $3,000 worth of boutique vouchers. The station promised that once the vouchers were ready, they would contact me.
Despite the fact that I have rung to remind them a number of times, it has been to no avail. It has been nearly a year now.
I am deeply disappointed that such an organisation has not kept its word. Now, every time I tune in to FM Select, it reminds me of the incident. How can a dedicated listener maintain his loyalty to a radio station when he has been treated in this way? ROY PANG The Peak
