A Correctional Services Department officer, charged with stealing three packets of athlete's foot powder, was acquitted in Western Court. Magistrate David Dufton cleared Hon Yu-sing, 45, of theft. Mr Hon said neither he nor any of his relatives suffered from athlete's foot.
