SCMP Reporter

Angela Tsang On-kei, supported by the pro-China Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong won the district board by-election in Kam Ping, Eastern district, yesterday.

  Ms Tsang won with 1,431 votes, beating Leung Suk-ching of the Democratic Party, on 778 votes. Shek Kwei-chun of the Liberal Party got 573 votes.
